By using any service provided by Diche21 Legacy Shipping & More, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. By proceeding with our services, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. Continued use of our services constitutes ongoing acceptance.

2. Scope of Services

Diche21 Legacy Shipping & More provides courier and logistics services including but not limited to:

  • Shipping services from the USA to Jamaica

  • Access to a US shipping warehouse address for online shopping

  • Online shopping and purchasing assistance for customers without payment cards

  • Round-town delivery services within Port Maria for homes and workplaces

  • Warehousing, package handling, and logistics coordination

  • General courier and package facilitation services

Diche21 Legacy Shipping & More reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at its discretion without prior notice.

3. Business Hours

Our business operates Sunday to Sunday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Hours may change due to operational needs, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Schedule

Shipping schedules are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, shipping carrier schedules, inspections, weather conditions, vendor delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Service Areas

Diche21 Legacy Shipping & More currently provides:

  • Round-town delivery within Port Maria

  • Delivery to homes and workplaces within service zones

  • Package handling from our US warehouse to Jamaica

Additional delivery arrangements may be facilitated through third-party courier services where applicable.

6. Responsibility, Risk & Liability

All shipments are transported at the customer’s own risk.

Diche21 Legacy Shipping & More assumes limited liability for loss, damage, delay, or errors related to shipments.

Responsibility begins once packages are received at our US warehouse or by our team and ends upon delivery, pickup, or transfer to a third-party courier.

We are not responsible for:

  • Vendor or supplier errors

  • Incorrect information provided by customers

  • Items lost prior to reaching our warehouse

  • Delays or damages caused by third-party carriers

7. Packaging & Fragile Items

Diche21 Legacy Shipping & More is not responsible for damage caused by insufficient packaging by vendors, senders, or customers.

Fragile items such as electronics, glassware, liquids, cosmetics, or breakable goods are shipped entirely at the owner’s risk regardless of packaging.

8. Prohibited & Restricted Items

Customers must ensure all shipments comply with Jamaican laws and international shipping regulations.

Prohibited items include but are not limited to:

  • Illegal drugs or controlled substances

  • Firearms, ammunition, or weapons

  • Explosives, flammable, or hazardous materials

  • Counterfeit goods

  • Pornographic or obscene materials

  • Perishable foods without prior approval

  • Live animals

  • Cash, cheques, or negotiable instruments

Any prohibited item may be confiscated or surrendered to authorities without refund. Diche21 Legacy Shipping & More assumes no liability for seizures or penalties.

9. Customs, Duties & Fees

Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, clearance charges, and government fees where applicable.

We assume no liability for customs delays, inspections, or seizures.

10. Online Shopping Assistance

For assisted shopping services:

  • Full payment must be made before purchases are completed

  • Customers must confirm product details prior to purchase

  • Payments are generally non-refundable once items are purchased

  • We are not responsible for vendor delays, incorrect items, sizing issues, or product quality

Refunds or exchanges remain between the customer and the vendor.

11. Payments

Accepted payment methods may include cash, bank transfer, or approved digital payments.

Payments must be settled before package release or delivery unless otherwise agreed. Payments are generally non-refundable once shipment processing begins.

12. Claims & Complaints

Claims must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of delivery or notification.

Supporting documentation such as invoices, receipts, or photographs may be required.

Informal messages via social media or messaging apps do not constitute official claims unless acknowledged by the company.

13. Storage & Uncollected Packages

Packages not collected within a reasonable timeframe after notification may incur storage fees.

Uncollected packages may be returned, donated, auctioned, or disposed of to recover costs. Customers remain responsible for outstanding balances.

14. Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be made prior to scheduled service where applicable. Fees may apply depending on service preparation already completed.

Diche21 Legacy Shipping & More reserves the right to cancel services at its discretion.

15. Amendments & Entire Agreement

Diche21 Legacy Shipping & More reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Diche21 Legacy Shipping & More and its customers regarding services provided.
